Hire Vue developers

A smaller pool than React, generally a higher median, and a common choice for teams that wanted React's flexibility with more structure.

What they are hired to build

The work, before the CV.

A role written against the work gets a better shortlist than a role written against a stack. These are what Vue engineers are usually brought in to do.

Roles we recruit: Vue developer · Full-stack engineer (Vue + Laravel or Node) · Senior front-end engineer.

  • Product front-ends and admin interfaces
  • Nuxt applications where rendering strategy matters
  • Front-ends maintained by a small team

The technical screen

What the conversation actually covers.

Every candidate has a real technical conversation with an engineer who has done the job, and you get written evidence per competency. In Vue, that conversation covers the following.

Usually assessed alongside: TypeScript, Nuxt, Pinia, Vitest.

  • Composition API versus Options API, and why they choose either
  • Reactivity: what is tracked, what is not, and where that bites
  • Component boundaries and prop/event design
  • Nuxt rendering modes, where the role involves Nuxt
Worth saying up front

The Indian Vue pool is genuinely thin at senior level. A senior Vue search takes longer than the equivalent React search, and we will say so before you commit to a timeline.
